Muesli

Muesli:

in a large bowl, mix together1 bag of oats with your choice of

  • slivered almonds
  • pepitas
  • chia seeds
  • coconut shreds
  • sunflower seeds
  • linseeds

This untoasted variety still has plenty of crunch due to the variety of seeds and nuts which pack a nutrient punch as well as flavour.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy 1/3 cup of muesli with milk, yoghurt and fruit for a delicious, low GI protein hit breakfast.
