Outdoor fitness:
Bicentennial Park, Prince of Wales Drive, West Pymble. We use the Guide Hall in wet weather
Pilates:
Monday morning: West Pymble Bicentennial Park (rainy days: West Pymble Guide Hall)
Monday evening: Turramurra Community/Senior Centre, Gilroy Lane, Turramurra
Wednesday evening: West Pymble Guide Hall, Prince of Wales Drive
Barre:
St Johns Church, St Johns Avenue, Gordon
- Mat
- comfortable exercise gear
- good trainers (Barre and Pilates are barefoot or with grippy sox. NO normal socks)
- a sweat towel
- bottle of water
- on sunny days, a cap and sunscreen are recommended

All you need is a desire to improve your health, outlook and body.
Sessions will be held in all weather, so no excuses, grab your towel and trainers and get on down to the park. There are undercover options available for bags, babies etc.
Monday and Friday 6am and 9am Pilates classes are in the West Pymble Guide hall if it's raining
If you miss a session, please come to a different session within 4 weeks of the missed class – you might discover a new class you love!
If you need to suspend your sessions due to injury please speak to me. Two week minimum hold period. Limited to two holds per year.
Outdoor group, Pilates and Barre classes:
Memberships*:
- 1 class per week $29.5/class
- unlimited classes per week $55/week
- Casual class $35
To ensure you get the benefits of regular training, there is a 3 month minimum sign up
Personal training*:
1-1 sessions:
1 hour: $135
45 min: $97.5
30 min $70
2-1 session - grab a friend to train with
1 hour: $180
45 min: $150
30 min $100

Getting fitter, stronger, healthier and energised is an investment for life!
Memberships can be cancelled with two weeks notice in writing.
If your trainer has to cancel a session, you will be offered another time to make up the session.
Personal training - 24 hour notice. Full session price for cancellation within 24 hours
This is a very important question to ask of any fitness trainer you choose to work out with. The fitness industry is highly regulated to protect you, the client and to ensure that fitness trainers are qualified and constantly improving their knowledge base.

- Certificate III and IV in fitness
- Pilates instructor (Studio Pilates, physiotherapist developed program)
- Stacy Sims Menopause 2.0 Certificate
- Accredited Health Coach
- Menopause Coach and Educator
- Punchfit Trainer
- Barre Attack instructor
- Certificate in nutrition for weight management
- Senior First Aid (renewed every three years)
- CPR (renewed every year)
