Lost Weight!

I just weighed and measured myself this morning. I am very excited to say that I have lost 3.5kg, 5cm off my waist and hips!  I owe this to the personal training that we did last year – making me put time in my life for exercise, making me more conscience of what goes in my mouth, both food and fluid and giving me the motivation to get out there and give it a go! The Pilates classes have given me the regular time commitment I need to make and the not so regular Thursday circuit class has combined to help me along my journey. Thank you !!!!  Wendy
