The power of POSITIVE
The power of positive thinking is stronger than you may realise.
I have experienced this myself.
I changed my business mindset and set out to put more effort into my training business. Since then I’ve gone from strength to strength, with attendance numbers rising steadily, even as the temperatures are dropping.
Yes, I’ve put in a lot of hard work (and loved it!), but most importantly, I changed my thinking.
So many of us, mostly women, don’t believe we deserve to be successful (in business or personal lives).
That thinking stops us achieving our best.
Work out what is stopping you achieving your goals.
Do you self-sabotage?
You know the thought – you drop half a kilo on the scales, (so the diet and exercise regime is working) and you think you can allow yourself a treat, which turns into or two, or three…
Is someone putting you down when you try to stick to your plan?
- The colleague who tempts you with cakes when they know you’re on a diet?
- The partner who keeps buying treat food when you’re trying to cut back?
- Family who find fault when you smash a fitness or business goal?
So what can you do?
1 – Identify these negative thoughts and people.
2 – Recognise them for what they are (sabotage, jealousy, lack of respect for self and others…)
3 – Decide to be stronger than the thoughts and words
4 – Believe in yourself and your abilities
5 – Give yourself the love and respect you deserve and others will do the same
I truly believe that we can achieve anything we put our minds to.
Change your thinking, shift your mindset and change your life.
My challenge to you is to change “I can’t” to “I WILL”
