With a focus on Health Span, rather than life span, Anja's classes are tailored to midlife (and beyond) women. As a female PT who's post menopause, she understands the needs of women over 40.
Our tailored workouts incorporate targeted exercises to enhance bone density, muscle strength, and cardiovascular health.
As our bodies and hormones change, so our exercise needs change. As a health and menopause coach as well as personal trainer, Anja focuses on functional movements, flexibility and balance to help you achieve optimal fitness, vitality, and longevity.
