Take advantage of our 7 day trial week to mix and match the classes as suits you and I encourage you to try each class – you might find something new you love.
Exercise should be fun and enjoyable and I can’t wait to welcome you to our fitness community where we work hard, and laugh often.
This 7 day trial week allows you to try all our classes including Pilates; outdoor group fitness/HIIT and Barre classes. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities – we all have to start our fitness journey somewhere and with our supportive community, you’ll feel encouraged and included as you get stronger.
By mixing classes, not only do you add variety to your routine, you will gain the benefits of each class: HIIT for strength, Pilates for core control (tummy! pelvic floor!) and Barre for mobility and flexibility (as well as finding out why ballerinas look the way they do).
