All classes held in the Pymble area, with a timetable made for busy women. Including Bootcamp, Pilates and Barre that get you fit, toned and energised, whilst being suitable for beginners or those with injuries.

In addition to personalised support each week, you’ll also have access to our online meal planner.

Customise your meal plans to suit your goals 

Select options like vegetarian, left overs for lunch and dessert

Tracking & Accountability

We will test your strength and fitness at the start, middle and end of the challenge so you can see your gains in black and white.

You will also have the option to have measurements taken.
