All classes held in the Pymble area, with a timetable made for busy women. Including Bootcamp, Pilates and Barre that get you fit, toned and energised, whilst being suitable for beginners or those with injuries.

The idea behind the Challenge is that you have 8 weeks to really see what works for you. By focussing on training and nutrition, hopefully some of the things you start to do will stick with you. We don’t want this 8 weeks to be strict and controlled – only to go crazy returning to “normal” at the end. We will equip you with tools to make this your new normal.

Children welcome at daytime group exercise classes.
