Yes! this is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know it’s about what you do (or sometime more importantly: don’t) put in your mouth.
You will will get a food plan that is all about REAL FOOD. You get shopping lists and recipes that are designed to fit in with YOU, YOUR life, and YOUR schedule.
I have personally tested the recipes and tried them on my family (incl 3 children aged 10-14). They are family friendly, freezer friendly (not all), delicious and easy.
I won’t make you go hunting for weird and wonderful ingredients – this is designed to be a program you can stick with and continue long after your 6 weeks kick-start is done.
What to do for the days you’re NOT here
Being honest here, nothing changes if nothing changes.
In other words – you will need to make some changes and do some homework in order to achieve your goals, but we have you covered there.
You will get programs to do on the days you’re not with us (taking into consideration what equipment or gyms you have access to).

That’s why we included some of our favorite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads, we have REAL food that won’t leave you feeling deprived and even after the program is over you’ll still want to continue to make these on a daily basis. Even better, we’ve taken the thinking out of your meals for the next 6 weeks with grocery lists included. Simply shop, cook and eat!
Again – I have tested these recipes on my family (incl non-foodie husband and three children ages 10, 11 and 14– a challenge to keep all happy!)

Customised Training Program
Exercise is a crucial component of this program and we have included three (3) group fitness or BarreAttack classes a week. We customise your workouts around YOUR body and YOUR abilities. These are NOT standardised programs that you’ll see in the magazine’s or online. We take into account how you move, what your capable of and build YOUR workout plan around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible.
If you can’t join us at classes because you live out of area, we provide you with programs to do at home, in the park or your local gym. You will also get a technical manual to show you each exercise as you go.
