Yes! This is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know it's about what you do (or sometimes more importantly, don't) put in your mouth. You will get a food plan that's all about REAL FOOD. With shopping lists and recipes that are designed to fit in with YOU, YOUR life and YOUR busy schedule.

Exercise is a crucial component of this program and we have included three group fitness or Barre classes a week.
If you can't join us at classes because you live out of area, we provide you with programs to do at home, in the park or your local gym.
We customise your workouts around YOUR body and YOUR abilities. These are not standardised programs that you'll see in the magazines or online. We take into account how you move, what your capable of and build YOUR workout plan around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and as safely as possible.
You will also get a technical manual to show you each online exercise as you go.
