Yes! This is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know it's about what you do (or sometimes more importantly, don't) put in your mouth. You will get a food plan that's all about REAL FOOD. With shopping lists and recipes that are designed to fit in with YOU, YOUR life and YOUR schedule.


Tracking & Accountability

We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results. Exercise is a crucial component of this program and we have included three group fitness or Barre classes a week.

We customise your workouts around YOUR body and YOUR abilities. These are not standardised programs that you'll see in the magazines or online. We take into account how you move, what your capable of and build YOUR workout plan around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and as safely as possible.

If you can't join us at classes because you live out of area, we provide you with programs to do at home, in the park or your local gym. You will also get a technical manual to show you each exercise as you go.
